HomeBruh was created to explore a common small-business problem: too much admin work around bookings, enquiries, and follow-up.
The project focused on simple operational software for service teams. The goal was not to build a bloated platform. It was to cover the core workflow well: enquiry in, job scheduled, work completed, customer updated.
What this project demonstrates:
- translating manual business processes into usable software
- simplifying service operations for small teams
- building tools around real workflow constraints instead of feature lists
The outcome is a strong example of the kind of lean internal systems and custom tools Indiego Lab can build for clients.
